Hello garden gals and guys! I’m back! I hope you missed me as much as I missed you! I pray  everyone is in good health and staying safe during these crazy times. I don’t want to dwell on this corona virus at all because we are inundated with talk about it at every turn, but I just wanted to let you all know I wish you well.

Okay, on to better things.

My Youtube channel, Veggie Garden TV, has been getting new subscribers daily since the quarantine with people asking me lots of questions! And I absolutely love it. I hadn’t posted a video there in quite some time, but all the new interest in my channel gave me an idea for a new series.

It’s called Quick Growing Tips, and I am very excited about it!

The videos are just what the name implies, quick tips to help new growers have successful gardens.  I get lots of feedback from gardeners who have seen my other videos and were comforted by knowing the problems they faced were very common.  So I took direction from there questions and will be posting these quick growing tips throughout the season!

Here are the first two videos:

Since we all are spending way more time in front of screens than we ever wanted to, most of my blog posts from this point forward will be these videos. Don’t worry, from time to time I will post pictures of my hens (they are doing quite well and still laying after six years!). Of course, I will also post pictures of the backyard farm as well. But my aim with these videos and shorter blog posts is to get you up and moving out in your own gardens. If we have to be quarantined, we can at least get some fresh air every day.

That’s important.

So, enjoy the videos! Oh, and please do leave comments here on the blog! I’d love to know who’s out there reading!

Until next time garden gals and guys…

Happy farming!
