Hello garden gals and guys! Things are really taking off on the Fat Earth Backyard Farm. I have harvested quite a few sugar snap peas, which never last very long, and my beans are coming in fast and furious now. But don’t take my word for it….come on in the garden and see what’s growin’ on!
First up are my homage to my Jersey girl heritage. That’s right….Rutgers tomatoes. They are looking good!
Nothing goes better with garden fresh tomatoes than basil. I grew this from seed and I am very proud of it.
There’s lots more than this, but the sun was interfering with my shot. I have about ten plants total and they smell divine!
I have one really nice zucchini with a few more baby ones on the way.
Cucumbers coming right along too…
I even have buds on one of my watermelon plants!
4.8 ounces beans
And last but not least, my blackberries are beginning to ripen.
So….that’s what’s growin’ on here folks. What’s in your garden? Leave me a comment. I would love to hear from you! Until next time…..
It's very good to see your garden producing 🙂 Happy eating!

Good going Audra. I am getting flowers all over my tomatoes and some even have small fruits. My hot peppers are all flowering.
